To access restricted resources, register for a course or event, subscribe to our newsletter or blog, or request the provision of our services or advice, you may need to provide us with information including:

- Billing information, including details of your accounts payable contact; and
- A unique username and password.
Website information
We collect information via our website (www.privacy108.com.au). For each visitor to reach the site, we collect the following information:
- browser type, version and language, operating system,
- pages viewed while browsing the Site,
- page access times and
- referring website address.
This collected information is used solely to gauge de-identified visitor traffic, trends and deliver personalized content to you while you are at this site.
Social Media Sites
We may also interact with you via social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. All such interaction will be subject to your initial consent or approval and you will have the right to discontinue that interaction at any time.

If you register with us to attend a course or event, we may share your information with the training provider or event organiser.
We may occasionally hire or use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions, sending out newsletters, training updates and other marketing information, providing training rooms or other facilities, shipping training materials, providing event hosting resources or delivering training courses. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.
Other than as described above, we do not disclose any of your personal information to any overseas located third party.
